applied biology english evaluation
I really enjoyed bio 11 applied. I think it was different in the fact that we did projects instead of tests every time we finished a unit, if feel we learned everything that we were supposed to compared to what other regular bio 11 friends have said that they learned, from what I heard is that we've done more than them and completed more phylum's then they had. I think that we have learned more inside this course. because we are project based we had to try a lot harder to complete our projects at their top level of quality, we needed to do more research and doing the projects and presenting each one we had to know what we were talking about to teach our classmates about our topics. personally the best part about applied bio 11 is that we were able to put together an aquaponics system. observing the way tha our plants were growing and having fish in the classroom was very cool. The worst part might have to be ho hard we had to work, I am a very lazy person but this taught me that I needed to keep up on my homework and have everything done during the given time. grade 11 is hard and this made it harder but I am left with great educational outcomes. the advice that I would give to next years ground of applied students would be to always ask for help. don't be afraid to admit when you're struggling because then there's no advantage to help you move along and succeed in the course. I would also say to choose your group member sparingly I had a few experiences where I had to pull other peoples weight. don't be afraid to cut people from the group. thank you Mrs. Williams and Mrs.Palansky for such a great experience
